These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Football Express.
Please read them carefully. By accessing or using Football Express, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Football Express.
1. About Football Express
Football Express is a football-information service operated under the Six Platforms brand in India.
In these Terms, “Football Express”, “FE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operation of the Football Express service under that brand.
Football Express may be made available through:
- footballexpress.com;
- mobile versions of Football Express;
- Football Express applications;
- APIs or technical interfaces expressly made available for public use by us; and
- related Football Express services that expressly adopt these Terms.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Football Express, you confirm that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are not legally capable of entering into these Terms independently, you may use Football Express only with any permission or supervision required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
3. What Football Express provides
Football Express provides football-related information and functionality that may include:
- live scores;
- fixtures;
- results;
- standings;
- match events;
- lineups;
- statistics;
- competition information;
- team information;
- player information;
- manager information;
- referee information;
- venue information;
- transfers;
- injury information;
- suspension information;
- predictions or voting features; and
- other football-related features introduced from time to time.
The availability and scope of features may vary by competition, season, territory, device, data-provider coverage or other circumstances.
4. Football data and accuracy
Football Express obtains or derives football information from third-party data providers, official or public sources, internal processing and other appropriate sources.
We aim to present useful, timely and accurate information, but football data can change quickly and may contain:
- delays;
- omissions;
- provider errors;
- incorrect identities;
- incorrect statistics;
- incomplete events;
- incorrect times;
- subsequent corrections;
- abandoned or postponed match information;
- provisional information; or
- discrepancies between sources.
Live information may be delayed relative to the event itself.
Historical or statistical information may also be revised when better or corrected source information becomes available.
Football Express therefore does not guarantee that every score, statistic, fixture, transfer, injury, suspension, lineup or other item is complete, current or error-free at every moment.
Where accuracy is particularly important, you should verify information through the relevant competition, club, governing body, broadcaster or other authoritative source.
5. Informational service only
Football Express is an information service.
Nothing on Football Express constitutes:
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- medical advice;
- professional sporting advice;
- gambling advice;
- tax advice; or
- any other regulated professional advice.
Football Express does not operate a betting or gambling service in v1.
You should not rely on Football Express data as the sole basis for placing bets, entering financial transactions, making medical decisions or taking other decisions where inaccurate or delayed information could cause material loss or harm.
Predictions, polls, rankings, statistical models or similar features are provided for information, engagement or entertainment unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Personal, lawful use
Football Express grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the public service for lawful personal use in accordance with these Terms.
This permission does not transfer ownership of Football Express, its software, databases, presentation, content or intellectual-property rights to you.
7. Prohibited uses
You must not use Football Express:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to interfere with or disrupt the service;
- to bypass security or access controls;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, databases or infrastructure;
- to introduce malware, malicious code or harmful traffic;
- to conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks;
- to impersonate Football Express or falsely imply an affiliation with us;
- to remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution or proprietary notices;
- in a manner that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights; or
- in any manner prohibited by applicable law.
You also must not intentionally exploit defects or vulnerabilities in Football Express.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly rather than exploiting or publicly weaponising it.
8. Automated access, scraping and bulk extraction
Football Express invests substantial resources in collecting, licensing, normalising, organising and presenting football information.
Unless expressly authorised by us in writing or permitted by applicable law, you must not use:
- robots;
- spiders;
- crawlers;
- scrapers;
- automated agents;
- browser automation;
- bulk-download tools;
- systematic extraction software; or
- other automated methods
to systematically obtain, reproduce, monitor, harvest or extract Football Express content or data.
Prohibited activity includes repeated or bulk extraction of:
- scores;
- fixtures;
- statistics;
- player data;
- team data;
- competition data;
- transfer data;
- images;
- structured metadata; or
- substantial portions of Football Express databases.
You must not circumvent rate limits, technical restrictions, robots directives or other measures intended to protect the service.
Search engines
Nothing in this section is intended to prevent ordinary indexing by recognised public search engines where:
- the crawler complies with our applicable robots directives and technical controls;
- indexing is for ordinary search-discovery purposes; and
- the activity does not otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.
AI and machine-learning use
Unless authorised by us in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, Football Express content or systematically extracted Football Express data may not be used to build, train, fine-tune, benchmark or materially enrich commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.
9. Intellectual property
Football Express software, presentation, original text, layouts, designs, graphics, compilations, databases and other original materials may be protected by copyright, database rights, trademark law and other intellectual-property laws.
The name Football Express, associated branding and distinctive visual elements may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
Except where expressly permitted by Football Express or applicable law, you may not:
- reproduce substantial portions of Football Express;
- republish its databases;
- redistribute its data as a competing service;
- commercially exploit its presentation or compilations;
- create misleading copies of the service;
- use Football Express branding to impersonate FE; or
- sublicense rights granted under these Terms.
10. Third-party intellectual property
Football Express displays information relating to football competitions, clubs, national teams, players, managers, referees, venues and other organisations or people.
Names, logos, crests, photographs, trademarks and other materials may belong to their respective rights holders.
Their appearance on Football Express does not necessarily mean that the relevant rights holder sponsors, operates, endorses or is affiliated with Football Express.
Where third-party materials are used, they remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any applicable licences, permissions or legal exceptions.
If you believe material available through Football Express infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify and evaluate the matter.
11. Third-party data providers
Some Football Express information is supplied or derived from third-party providers.
Third-party data remains subject to applicable contractual, intellectual-property and database rights.
Access to Football Express does not grant you a licence to independently extract, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit third-party provider data.
Provider availability, licensing arrangements or coverage may change and may cause Football Express features or data to change or disappear.
12. External links and third-party services
Football Express may contain links to third-party websites and services, including:
- football clubs;
- competitions and governing bodies;
- publishers;
- broadcasters;
- streaming platforms;
- Google Play;
- Google Maps;
- social networks;
- Six Platforms;
- official entity websites; and
- other external destinations.
External services are operated independently.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, sponsorship or responsibility for the third party.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
- third-party availability;
- third-party content;
- third-party security;
- third-party accuracy;
- products or services sold by third parties; or
- third-party privacy practices.
You use external services subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Predictions, polls and voting
Football Express may provide predictions, polls or voting features for engagement or entertainment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- they have no monetary value;
- no prize or financial return is promised;
- they do not constitute gambling;
- results may change as votes are validated or corrected; and
- Football Express may take reasonable measures to prevent duplicate, automated, fraudulent or abusive voting.
We may disregard, remove or correct votes where reasonably necessary to protect voting integrity.
No user acquires ownership, contractual entitlement or financial right by participating in an ordinary FE prediction or poll.
14. Availability of Football Express
We aim to keep Football Express available and reliable, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Football Express may be unavailable or degraded because of:
- maintenance;
- software defects;
- data-provider outages;
- network failures;
- hosting failures;
- cyberattacks;
- third-party failures;
- excessive traffic;
- power failures;
- force majeure;
- legal or regulatory restrictions; or
- other circumstances.
Features may also be temporarily disabled to protect service security, data integrity or infrastructure.
15. Changes to the service
Football Express is an evolving product.
We may:
- add features;
- modify features;
- redesign features;
- replace data providers;
- change supported competitions;
- change supported devices;
- correct information;
- remove functionality;
- suspend services; or
- discontinue all or part of Football Express.
Where mandatory law requires notice concerning a particular change, we will provide the required notice.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees permanent availability of a particular competition, entity, statistic, provider field or feature.
16. Applications and app stores
Football Express may be distributed through third-party application stores such as Google Play.
Your use of an app store is also subject to the app-store provider’s terms.
The availability of Football Express through an app store does not make the store provider responsible for Football Express content or services except where required by applicable law or the provider’s applicable terms.
Application functionality may differ from website functionality because of:
- operating-system restrictions;
- application version;
- device capability;
- distribution-platform requirements; or
- technical limitations.
17. Privacy and storage technologies
Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies, local storage and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy.
Football Express also provides Privacy Settings for applicable optional Functional and Analytics technologies.
These documents form part of the rules governing your use of Football Express where relevant.
18. No user accounts in v1
Football Express v1 does not currently provide public user accounts or social-login functionality.
Sections dealing with account credentials, subscriptions, profile termination or account-generated content are therefore intentionally absent from these Terms.
If account functionality is introduced later, these Terms and applicable privacy documents will be reviewed before or when required for launch.
19. No payments or subscriptions in v1
Football Express v1 does not currently charge users for ordinary access and does not currently offer FE subscriptions or direct purchases.
If Football Express later introduces:
- subscriptions;
- premium features;
- paid content;
- in-app purchases; or
- other consumer transactions,
additional payment, renewal, cancellation, refund and consumer terms will be provided before those transactions are offered.
20. No public user-generated content in v1
Football Express v1 does not currently provide public comments, forums, live chat or other general user-generated-content publishing.
Accordingly, these Terms do not currently impose a detailed community-content licence or moderation framework.
If comments, chat, uploads or other public user-generated content are introduced later, Football Express will establish appropriate terms, community rules, reporting procedures and moderation safeguards before launch.
21. Future News Center and publisher content
Football Express may in a future version introduce football-news discovery or aggregation functionality involving third-party publishers.
Any such future feature may require additional:
- publisher attribution;
- linking rules;
- copyright and licensing terms;
- content-source disclosures;
- privacy disclosures;
- third-party-content rules; and
- technical safeguards.
Mention of such potential functionality in these Terms does not mean that it is currently available.
These Terms will be reviewed before material publisher aggregation functionality launches.
22. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Football Express is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- the service will always be available;
- information will always be complete or accurate;
- live information will be instantaneous;
- defects will always be corrected immediately;
- a particular competition or data field will remain available;
- external links will remain active; or
- Football Express will meet every particular purpose or expectation.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Football Express will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Football Express.
This may include loss arising from:
- delayed or incorrect sports information;
- unavailable data;
- reliance on statistics or predictions;
- service interruption;
- third-party services;
- provider errors; or
- unauthorised use outside the intended purpose of Football Express.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any liability that mandatory consumer law requires us to retain.
24. Your responsibility for violations
You are responsible for your own use of Football Express.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses or reasonable costs caused by your intentional or unlawful:
- attack on Football Express;
- circumvention of security measures;
- unauthorised commercial extraction;
- infringement of intellectual-property rights; or
- material violation of these Terms.
Nothing in this section creates liability beyond what applicable law permits.
25. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that use of Football Express violates these Terms, applicable law, security controls or third-party rights, we may take proportionate action such as:
- blocking abusive requests;
- restricting technical access;
- limiting automated traffic;
- revoking permissions;
- preserving relevant evidence;
- contacting affected service providers; or
- taking appropriate legal action.
Where required by law, we will comply with applicable procedural obligations.
26. Reporting errors or rights concerns
We welcome reports concerning:
- incorrect football information;
- broken functionality;
- security issues;
- copyright or trademark concerns;
- privacy issues; or
- other legal concerns.

27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory legal rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
For Indian consumers, nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
28. Disputes and jurisdiction
We encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve concerns informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a court, consumer commission, regulator or other forum made available by mandatory applicable law.
Subject to such mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes arising from these Terms or Football Express shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We do not currently impose mandatory private arbitration or a class-action waiver through these Terms.
29. Changes to these Terms
Football Express may update these Terms when:
- the service changes;
- the business structure changes;
- new features are introduced;
- provider or licensing arrangements change;
- legal requirements change; or
- clarification is reasonably necessary.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
If a change materially affects users in a way that requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, the required process will be followed.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
31. No waiver
If Football Express does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not permanently waive our right to enforce it later.
32. Assignment and business changes
The operation of Football Express may later be transferred to an incorporated Six Platforms entity or another lawful successor.
Where permitted by law, rights and obligations connected with Football Express may be transferred as part of a legitimate:
- incorporation;
- restructuring;
- merger;
- acquisition;
- financing;
- reorganisation; or
- sale of business or assets.
Where applicable law requires notice, users will receive the required notice.
33. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing ordinary use of Football Express.
The current associated documents include:
- Privacy Policy;
- Cookie Policy; and
- any feature-specific terms expressly presented to you.
A later paid, account-based, publisher, user-content or other specialised feature may have additional terms that supplement these Terms.
